A Firenze la scorsa settimana è stato inaugurato il primo stabile a impatto zero della città, classe energetica A. Molte delle case ecologiche in Europa, in Italia (vedi la Smarthouse Mabo di Arezzo, ad esempio) sono unifamiliari. O spesso si tratta di grandi edifici progettati a scopo pubblicitario, che non verranno mai utilizzati ad uso residenziale. Ma noi vogliamo una casa, una ecocasa, accessibile, piccola, graziosa.
