Ormai sembra essere diventata una lotta tra bande dove vince chi mostra di più i muscoli. La questione Ilva di Taranto sta superando i limiti della legalità e si sta trasformando in una farsa. Che le emissioni dell’industria più inquinante d’Europa stessero ammazzando la popolazione tarantina, questo è ormai assodato, ma nonostante ciò il Governo continua ad opporsi alla sua chiusura. Due giorni fa i magistrati avevano ordinato che l’azienda avviasse le procedure di spegnimento che si dovrebbero completare giovedì prossimo, ma ora il Ministro Clini tenta l’ultima carta: l’Aia.
No, non è il tribunale internazionale a cui si è appellata Taranto Futura per denunciare l’azienda (quella si scrive Aja, con la J), ma si tratta dell’Autorizzazione Integrata Ambientale, un rapporto redatto da esperti e periti, controfirmato dal Ministero dell’Ambiente, in cui in sostanza si dimostra che le emissioni non sono pericolose e, in deroga o meno, l’impianto deve continuare a funzionare. L’unico problema è che il termine ultimo per lo spegnimento degli impianti è giovedì 11, ma l’Aia non sarà disponibile prima del 17 ottobre, quando ormai gli impianti dovrebbero essere spenti. E come lo stesso Clini ha ammesso, non è che si possono spegnere degli impianti del genere, altrimenti poi non si riaccendono più.
In questo caso viene in soccorso al Ministro uno dei Custodi dell’impianto che ha cercato di spiegare ai magistrati che non è che si possono spegnere questi impianti premendo un bottone. Ci sono delle procedure da seguire, degli esperti da convocare, e che in sostanza ci vogliono molto più di 5 giorni. Il problema è che secondo i giudici bisogna dare un tempo massimo per ogni passaggio visto che l’ordine di spegnimento è arrivato 2 mesi fa, ed ancora oggi non è stata spenta nemmeno una lampadina. Il braccio di ferro è destinato a continuare, ma gli esiti rimangono ancora incerti.
