Continua l’allarme maltempo: per oggi, 13 novembre 2014, le ultime notizie e gli aggiornamenti provenienti dalla Protezione Civile parlano di allerta rossa per rischio idraulico nella Lombardia occidentale e di allerta rossa per rischio idrogeologico nel nord ovest della Lombardia. Ma le zone con allerta di livello medio sono molto più numerose.
Ancora una volta allarme maltempo, vediamo gli aggiornamenti per oggi 13 novembre 2014: a rischio risulta maggiormente la Lombardia, ma come vedremo in tante zone d’Italia si mantiene un livello d’allarme medio-alto, mentre si contano i danni, e purtroppo si registra anche una nuova vittima, dopo i rovesci di ieri, con allagamenti in diverse regioni ma concentrati in particolare nel milanese, dove sono esondati il Seveso e il Lambro (e la stazione di Piazza Garibaldi a Milano è stata invasa dall’acqua).
Ecco di seguito le ultime notizie per l’allarme maltempo di giovedì 13 novembre 2014 da parte della Protezione Civile: massima allerta per rischio idraulico diffuso nella pianura occidentale della Lombardia, massima allerta per rischio idrogeologico localizzato nella zone nord occidentale della Lombardia, e poi ancora moderata criticità per rischio idraulico diffuso in Emilia Romagna (modenese e Reggio Emilia in particolare), in Friuli Venezia Giulia (nella pianura di Udine, Gorizia e Trieste in particolare), nella pianura Est in Lombardia e, nella regione del Veneto, nelle zone di Fissero-Tartaro-Canalbianco, di Lemene e Tagliamento, del Basso Adige e di Livenza.
Livelli medi di allerta per maltempo e rischio idrogeologico diffuso si hanno invece in Basilicata, nei bacini Agri-Sinni, in Calabria nel versante tirrenico settentrionale, meridionale e centrale calabrese, in Campania dalla Piano del Sole al Cilento, dalla penisola di Sorrentino alla zona Amalfitana passando per Tusciano, i Monti Picentini e di Sarno, Alto Sele, Napoli e Isole, nella piana Campana e nell’area vesuviana. Allarme maltempo per il 13 novembre 2014 con moderata criticità per rischio idrogeologico è stato inoltre comunicato per l’Emilia Romagna (Bacini montani di Parma, Taro e Trebbia, pianura di Parma e Piacenza, sui bacini montani di Panaro e poi a Secchia ed Enza), in Friuli (bacini del Livenza e del Tagliamento), in Lombardia (media e bassa Valtellina, Prealpi centrali, zona Garda-Valcamonica e Oltrepò Pavese) e infine in Veneto (zona Basso Brenta Bacchiglione e Fratta Gorzone).
Questo il quadro per l’allarme maltempo di oggi secondo le ultime notizie. Passiamo ad alcuni aggiornamenti essenziali sull’attuale situazione in Liguria, Piemonte e Lombardia. In Liguria la pioggia finalmente si prende una sosta, e intanto si cominciano a calcolare i danni, enormi, degli ultimi giorni. Due centri tra i più colpiti risultano Leivi e Carasco. In Piemonte se da un lato abbiamo il livello dei fiumi in calo, dall’altro restano alti i livelli dei laghi e restano chiuse le scuole a Verbania, mentre la circolazione ferroviaria resta bloccata tra Stresa e Belgirate. Critica la situazione per il Lago D’Orta, si stimano enormi danni per il paese di Pella. In Lombardia ieri si è registrata una frana a Cernobbio, allagamenti in Brianza, allagamenti nella valle del Seveso e a Vertemate, con situazione d’allerta per il lago di Pusiano, con alcuni piccoli allagamenti anche a Como. Dovrebbe essere ripristinato questa mattina, infine, il tratto ferroviario tra Como Camerlata e Como Borghi bloccato ieri da uno smottamento.
