Il sito dell’impianto è dato dai capannoni, a Villacidro, della Keller Elettromeccanica a fronte di un finanziamento che ha una scadenza particolarmente lunga ed in linea con il tipo di investimento. In particolare, il finanziamento che Enfinity Montessori S.r.l. ha stipulato con Meliorbanca S.p.A. scade nell’anno 2028 e copre complessivamente l’80% circa degli investimenti.
Secondo quanto dichiarato dal responsabile investimenti Italia e Sud Europa di Enfinity, Alessandro Asperti, l’impianto su tetto di Keller Elettromeccanica si spinge nella direzione della strategia di sviluppo societaria a fronte dei vantaggi ambientali sopra indicati, ma anche occupazionali con nuovi posti di lavoro per l’area produttiva di Villacidro.
Enfinity non a caso si distingue come società nordeuropea del settore nella realizzazione di impianti di grossa taglia su tetto di manufatti industriali. Cinque sono le divisioni di business a fronte di quasi 300 dipendenti che lavorano per la società, ed oltre 250 milioni di euro annui di fatturato in base all’ultimo Bilancio. Il finanziamento stipulato, come sopra accennato, per l’impianto di Villacidro ha un importo pari a 9,7 milioni con erogazione a cura di Meliorbanca che fa parte del Gruppo Bper, Banca Popolare dell’Emilia-Romagna, e che è specializzato nell’advisory e nel settore del corporate banking. Gli incentivi di cui gode l’impianto di Villacidro sono rappresentati dalle tariffe incentivanti del 2010 legate al cosiddetro decreto “Salva Alcoa”.
