A Napoli è finito il gasolio, incredibile ma vero, e ora sono fermi 9 autobus su 10. I tagli al budget rendono la vita difficilissima all’Anm, l’Azienda Napoletana Mobilità, che assicura che a breve riprenderanno regolarmente le corse. Ma i problemi restano dietro l’angolo.
A Napoli questa mattina sono fermi 9 autobus su 10 perché è finito il gasolio: sembra pazzesco, ma è così. Nuove scorte di gasolio stanno per giungere in città e la situazione dovrebbe tornare nella normalità entro poche ore. Dopo le primissime corse della giornata autobus sono infatti dovuti rientrare a causa dell’esaurimento del carburante: su 300 sono solo una trentina quelli che hanno continuato a spostarsi per le vie di Napoli. Inutile sottolineare che i disagi legati all’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici sono stati enormi. Ma com’è possibile che si arrivi a una simile situazione? In merito l’Anm, l’Azienda Napoletana Mobilità, ha parlato molto chiaro:
Dei 600 autobus che circolavano fino a pochi anni fa (2009) oggi ne circolano meno di 350 perché – tra tagli governativi e regionali, i contributi che Anm riceve per pagare stipendi, contributi, fare manutenzione di mezzi ed impianti, pagare le assicurazioni, comprare il gasolio etc, si sono ridotti del 40%.
Non si possono più fare le cose come si facevano prima, aggiunge l’azienda, chiarendo che, semplicemente, non può più assicurare un servizio di alto livello. “Non è questione di volontà o capacità”, scrive l’azienda sul proprio sito web, “è questione di possibilità”. A quanto sembra i rifornitori hanno crediti estremamente pesanti (si parla di 1 milione di euro), per questo hanno deciso di chiudere con le consegne, gettando l’Anm, e i cittadini napoletani, nel caos. La maggior parte degli autobus per il momento restano in deposito, quindi, e anche se le scorte di carburante stanno arrivando il problema della qualità del servizio dei mezzi pubblici a Napoli non scomparirà.
